about us

Dan brings over 25 years of experience across a wide range of project sectors, with a career that began in the traditional, hands-on way — as an apprentice at a drawing board. In those early days he learned the trade from the ground up, doing everything from printing drawings to making the tea and even fetching the occasional sausage rolls.

That start shaped Dan’s laid-back, friendly, and highly personal approach. He believes good design should feel collaborative, approachable, and enjoyable, with a strong focus on creating plan layouts that genuinely work for the people who use them. He has a real passion for thoughtful, practical design and loves the process of turning ideas into spaces that feel just right.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys football, running, music, podcasts, films, and spending time with his family — along with his two rescue dogs, who keep life busy at home. His son Harry may also make the occasional appearance on site surveys, getting an early introduction to the world of design.

Dan is also a volunteer coach at Heckington Junior Football Club and Juniper Architectural Design are proud sponsors.
